This 1931 work is a major contribution to scholarship the field of economic forecasting. The chaff of vague theory is eliminated. It is not a formula book of simple data, but procedures coordinating several key factors with explanatory examples. Initially, the major factors used ar identified and defined. L.J. Jensen presents a method for coordinating these factors for specific interpretation and judgment, followed with the definition of geographical application.
